CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation/ No show & Rescheduling Policy As an independent stylist, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure I can accommodate all of my clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. No-show appointments will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. I understand that emergencies happen and will always do my best to be understanding when unexpected circumstances arise. Thank you for respecting my time and business. Providing adequate notice allows me the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another client.
